Commissioner Scott Gordon today gave the wayward singer a total of two monitored visits per week and one overnight visit.
Spears and her ex Kevin Federline have been ordered by Judge Gordon to work out holiday schedules with the kids and Britney must submit evidence that she has childproofed her pool area by Friday.
In his order, the judge wrote that, when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost sombre with little communication at all."
Sir Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills has accused the media of "pushing her to the edge", likening her treatment to that of Princess Diana.
In an emotional interview on breakfast TV station GMTV, she also accused "a certain corner" of fuelling negative coverage about her in the press.
