Dani to get Jacko's bodyguard

Celebrity Big Brother stunner Danielle Lloyd has hired Michael Jackson’s bodyguard to save her from a stalker.

Matt Fiddes has been Jackson’s UK minder for ten years. Now he looks after Danielle, 23, who has been plagued by the female stalker for months.
The woman, in her 20s, followed Danielle from her home and got past other guards to lay flowers on her doorstep.

Dad-of-five Matt, 29, was recommended to Danielle by fellow Celebrity BB contestant Jermaine Jackson, Michael’s brother.

A friend of Danielle said yesterday: “She is totally freaked, but Matt is lethal in dealing with trouble. He is a renowned martial arts expert who could – if he wanted – kill with one move.”

Spears kids to saty with K-Fed

BRITNEY SPEARS has not regained custody of her kids.

Commissioner Scott Gordon today gave the wayward singer a total of two monitored visits per week and one overnight visit.

Spears and her ex Kevin Federline have been ordered by Judge Gordon to work out holiday schedules with the kids and Britney must submit evidence that she has childproofed her pool area by Friday.

In his order, the judge wrote that, when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost sombre with little communication at all."

Mucca on edge

Sir Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills has accused the media of "pushing her to the edge", likening her treatment to that of Princess Diana.

In an emotional interview on breakfast TV station GMTV, she also accused "a certain corner" of fuelling negative coverage about her in the press.

She added she had received death threats and been "close to suicide". Mills, whose divorce from the ex-Beatle is going through the courts, called on the public to stop buying newspapers.

She said: "I've had worse press than a paedophile or a murderer and I've done nothing but charity for the 20 years.

Stone's blue blazes

Joss Stone threw a major wobbly – and a few teacups – after her hair was dyed the wrong colour before a gig.

The singer flew into a rage backstage before her act at the Desert Rhythm Festival in Dubai on Saturday.

Joss wanted to add a purple tint to her already dyed deep red locks – but the whole lot turned a shade of blue.

When an assistant brought a nice cuppa to calm everyone down the crockery was sent flying.

A source said: “Joss was screaming and sobbing because of this hair malfunction and chucked a tray of tea on the floor.

“She wanted a little tint in her dyed red hair but it all turned dark blue. She was behaving like a woman possessed. Then when she walked in front of the crowd she had a beaming smile and acted like nothing had happened.”

Lily was paranoid over weight
Lily Allen shed so much weight because she was paranoid over her "chunky" thighs, a report claims.
Allen recently put her new trim figure down to her romance with Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, but sources have said that unflattering photos in the press prompted her to take action.
According to the Evening Standard, the singer's new management team sent her to fitness guru David Marshall, who has put her on a six-week diet and exercise course to tone her legs.
Marshall is famous for helping model Sophie Dahl drop from a size 18 to a 12 and has also trained Ant and Dec, as well as footballer Rio Ferdinand.
The source said: "He pushes people very, very hard. He'll shout at her, 'Come on Lily, one more', and Lily will scream back 'F**k off you b*****d!'"She is very conscious about how her figure is portrayed in the media, and is paranoid about her chunky bottom half.

Boyzone back in town

Just when you thought reunion fever couldn’t get any hotter, The Sun has revealed the Boyzone lads met up with their old boss Louis Walsh on Friday to thrash out a new deal.

Take That proved comebacks can be a big success, and fans of the Spice Girls are ecstatic that Posh and Co are back together too.
Now Boyzone, who split in 2000, want a piece of the action. They met met with X Factor star Louis, who managed them first time round, at the Conrad Hotel in Chelsea. An onlooker said: “Ronan and the gang were all there laughing and having a great time.”

Ronan sacked Louis as his solo manager in 2003 but they’ve buried the hatchet. It is believed the boys are considering doing a tour and TV documentary.

Moyles slams X Factor

Radio One DJ Chris Moyles has ripped into X Factor and denied rumours he’ll replace judge Sharon Osbourne – even for her £50,000-an-HOUR.

Moyles said if approached he’d tell bosses to shove the job “up their a***”.

But he accused producer and judge Simon Cowell of being “too gutless” to ask him anyway. Motormouth Moyles, 33 – on £630,000-a-year – said: “The show’s turning into a pantomime.
“Sharon walking out on Saturday night was just a PR stunt. I wouldn’t even do it for the money she’s on, but she’ll be back – she has a contract.”

Sharon has yet to contact X Factor, but will speak out today on pal Paul O’Grady’s Channel 4 show.

Rooney plays the blues

Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney will be getting a guitar painted Manchester City blue for his birthday after a blunder by Coleen McLoughlin.

Fiancee Coleen, 21, asked Oasis star Noel Gallagher to sign an instrument for Roo – a big fan of the band.

But Noel, 40, famous for hits including Wonderwall and Some Might Say, is a die-hard fan of United’s arch-rivals City.

He immediately hatched a plan to have the guitar sprayed light blue. Noel also scrawled his own message on it to Wayne: “Happy Birthday Fatboy.”
Leona looks likely for No 1
Leona Lewis looks on course to beat Take That in the eagerly anticipated battle for Sunday’s No1 spot.

The X Factor winner’s CD single Bleeding Love and Take That’s Rule The World hit stores yesterday – with Leona outselling the lads by three to one in Woolworths. She was also No1 download on iTunes.

If the trend continues Leona would bag top spot at the weekend, with Take That trailing in second place.

Woolies’ CD sales figures also had her outselling Britney Spears’ Gimme More by ten to one.
Brit’s single was released digitally last week, going straight into the UK singles charts at number three on downloads alone.

But kids’ favourite McFLY was beating them both with their new release The Heart Never Lies.
An HMV spokesman said: “We’re selling twice as many Leona singles as we are Take That, though right now they’re both being outsold by McFly.

“However, McFly releases always tend to start strongly due to their avid fan base and then level off, so the signs are looking really good for Leona landing her second UK No1 come the end of the week.”

Sharon Walks

X Factor Judge Sharon Osbourne has walked out of the ITV talent show after two of her three acts faced being sent home.

During Saturday's live show she told host Dermot O'Leary she could not choose between them.

The final vote was left to the three remaining judges who were unimpressed by 19-year-old Kimberley Southwick's version of It's Raining Men.

Alisha Bennett, who performed Dreams by Gabrielle, escaped getting the boot.

"Sharon can't choose between her acts. The final vote will be between three judges, as Sharon has decided to leave [for] the night," said host Dermot O'Leary.

Before walking out of the studio Osbourne announced she had left the show.

It is important to us that people understand that none of the shows highlighted in the findings of the ITV's independent review were made by our production company, Gallowgate, and that there was no financial benefit to us from the phone lines within those shows," the pair explained in a statement.
Although the TV hosts are credited as executive producers of Saturday Night Takeaway, they have insisted that they had no knowledge of the problems."

Singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested and held overnight in Norway for possession of cannabis.

Winehouse was released on Friday morning after paying a fine of about £350, a prosecutor said.

She, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a third person were arrested in Bergen after being found with seven grammes of the drug, he added.

The singer is due to perform in the city on Friday evening before a concert in Norwegian capital Oslo on Saturday. Winehouse will then travel to the Netherlands, where her European tour continues on Monday.

Britney Spears has been banned from seeing her kids AGAIN after refusing to comply with court-ordered drug tests.

The troubled singer, 25, failed to stay in contact with her drug testers.

I hate pants

Britney Spears' friend has revealed why the star regularly goes out partying without wearing underwear. The singer has raised eyebrows after being repeatedly snapped climbing out of cars without any knickers.
Jewellery designer Tuesday Knight put Spears' behaviour down to the fact that she does not feel comfortable wearing pants. She told In Touch magazine: "The underwear thing is ridiculous - and I've told her. I've said, 'You cannot walk into a store wearing just a shirt with your underwear off'. I've told her that no one will take her seriously when she does this."

I've heard Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney talk about how they shock Hollywood just for the fun of it. They were discussing how they could play a little joke on all of us.

"Britney doesn't need to do it and she knows it's stupid. But she says that she just doesn't like to wear underwear."
Thompson to announce cuts

BBC director general Mark Thompson will shortly unveil plans to reduce the size of the corporation that will impact both on programming and jobs.

Plans are said to include a 10% cut in the number of programmes commissioned, which will lead to more repeats.

BBC staff are waiting to hear how many will be made redundant, with up to 2,500 jobs reportedly at risk.

The BBC needs to make up a £2bn budget shortfall, caused by a smaller licence fee settlement from the government. The cuts - said to be centred on BBC News and factual TV, which makes programmes such as Planet Earth and Top Gear - will be imposed over the next six years.

Paris needs bad boy for life

Paris Hilton has reportedly dumped her pizza delivery boyfriend because he is too shy.
The socialite began dating 20-year-old Swede Alex Vaggo after they met in Los Angeles while he was backpacking around the US. Last week, he insisted that Hilton's image does not match her personality, describing her as "pleasant and intelligent" and interested in those less fortunate than herself.

But she is rumoured to have called time on the romance after he struggled to keep up with her party lifestyle. A source told The Sun: "She loved his good looks, but she gets bored very quickly, and he was too shy and quiet for her. She likes bad boys."
Hilton was recently forced to deny rumours that she is dating Pamela Anderson's ex Kid Rock after they were spotted partying together in Toronto.

ITV review out today

A review of ITV's premium rate interactive services will be published on today.

The review by auditor Deloitte followed allegations of viewers being misled, including X Factor viewers being overcharged £200,000.

The audit of ITV's output has been examining all programmes which invited the public to participate during the past two years.

This included premium rate landline, mobile and "red button" activity. ITV suspended all premium-rate phone-ins, interactive competitions and votes in March while the auditors conducted their six-month review.

Terry's Balls Up

Sir Terry Wogan caused a number of viewers to complain by failing to wear supportive underwear during Sunday's Points of View.
The audience was left distracted from what the TV presenter said because they could not help but see Wogan's badly-supported bulge in his trousers.
One viewer who complained about the sight said: "I have just watched Points of View with my daughter and my husband. When the camera panned out on Terry Wogan, I didn't know where to look."

Lily's Label

Lily Allen has reportedly decided to to launch her own record label to help launch up-and-coming British artists.
The 'Smile' hitmaker, who already has her own fashion collection, left her management company last week following problems with obtaining an American work visa.
Allen's spokesperson revealed that having her own record company is "something that Lily's looking at".
A source told the Mirror: "Lily has a wise head on her shoulders and is really excited about the idea of having her own business empire." She loves making music but she's also brilliant at spotting talent, as she was in the underground scene for a few years before her career took off."
Allen helped launch the career of British singer Kate Nash after she added her as one of her top friends on social networking site MySpace.

McKellen to return as Gandalf?

Sir Ian McKellen has said he would be "very pleased" to reprise his role as wizard Gandalf in the planned film of JRR Tolkien's novel The Hobbit.

"If I am still functioning and working well, it is very likely I would be asked to do it," he told Reuters.

Sir Ian played the role in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, landing an Oscar nomination in the process.

Due to a legal dispute with film studio New Line, however, Peter Jackson will not be back as director for The Hobbit.

He is now living in Wiltshire after spending time in a rehab centre there.
"In the last eight years, I've never been that long without drugs," he told the programme's presenter John Wilson.

"I'm not going to lie and say it's not a struggle, because it is. But in a way, I'm quite proud to be able to admit it, particularly for my mum and dad.

"I'm quietly confident, but there's an underdog feeling about it still. These last few months have been a turning point."

Britney = Mess

Britney Spears certainly isn't doing herself any favours at the moment.

The fallen pop princess continued to dig herself deeper into trouble yesterday as she was pictured knickerless again, and arrived to court 5 hours late.

The shameless star has now been pictured without her underwear a staggering THREE times.
Britney arranged a court date to secure overnight visits with her kids Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, and luckily her ex Kevin Federline gave her a chance and allowed one overnight visit per week.

She was escorted into court by fifteen Sheriffs' deputies, and all press were ordered out of court while the proceedings took place.

After being sworn in and testifying, Brit left the courthouse looking visibly upset. But K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, revealed that he had a meeting with Brit's lawyers and they'd reached a compromise to "slightly increase" her visitation rights.

X Factor house hoax

X Factor judge Louis Walsh has admitted that the "judges' houses" seen in the ITV show are not their real homes.

Viewers saw the 24 hopefuls jet off around the world to perform for their mentors in Saturday's episode.

But Walsh told BBC Two's Graham Norton Show: "That wasn't my house. That wasn't Sharon's house or Dannii's house or Simon's house either."

A spokeswoman insisted viewers had not been deceived as the rented houses were never referred to as their "homes".

Jennifer - I'm back

She has been voted sexiest woman on the planet – yet Jennifer Ellison’s confidence hit rock bottom after splitting from abusive boyfriend Tony Richardson.

The gorgeous former Brookside babe says her cheating ex left her doubting her own sex appeal.

But now she is enjoying the single life – and says flirty men and saucy chat-up lines are helping her fix her broken heart.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, 24-year-old Jennifer – who played Emily O’Leary in Brookie until 2003 – says: “When I was in the relationship I was never chatted up by guys but now all that’s changed.

“It’s made me feel really attractive and nice. It’s been good for my ego. Having someone cheat on you and having a relationship that ends so badly, you really need that.”

Jennifer’s hopes of living happily ever after with Richardson were shattered when he was caught cheating on her with John Terry’s ex, the ridiculously named, Shalimar Wimble.
