Amy Refused Entry to the US

Rehab singer Amy Winehouse will not be singing at this years Grammies after American officials refused to grant her a visa to enter the country. Amy, who has been shrouded in controversy since the Sun revealed pictures of her smoking a crack pipe, was apparently looking forward to performing, and showing the world that she is well and truly on the road to recovery after a stint at rehab.

The decision has left Amy, who was yesterday told she may still bag the theme tune for the latest James Bond film provided she can stay clean, shattered according to close pals. Not only will she miss out on performing at the ceremony but also miss out on personally collecting any one of a possible six awards she is nominated for. Despite being very disappointed about the decision, Amy is said to be putting all her attention into her rehabilitation.

Britney: Parents Fear for Life
Parents of troubled Britney Spears fear for her life after her early release from a psychiatric clinic. The star left the clinic 11 days ahead of schedule after a lawyer’s orders despite advice from the psychiatrist’s. Britney’s father pleaded with his tormented daughter to return to hospital but apparently Britney was furious with the way she has been treated by her own family and accused them of ruining her life.

Over the last couple of months Britney has been spiralling out of control and in desperate need of help, her own parents described her as “an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis”. A judge has put Jamie, Britney’s father, in control of her affairs, and he is pleading that the courts orders be enforced so that a tragedy can be averted.
